| Welcome to Logitech Mobile Video! The Logitech
Mobile Video service is intended to be a safe, comfortable place
for you, the user, to visit, communicate and share your images
and ideas with others.
As a user, you are subject to the Terms of the Logitech Mobile
Video Site, which you can locate by going to Terms
of Service and the associated documents. You may also
be interested in reading our Privacy
Statement and tips for Child Safety.
Logitech Mobile Video is provided by Logitech Inc. As such,
it is a privately-owned service; it is not a public forum.
Your use of and ability to continue to use this Site are therefore
subject to our discretion. We are publishing this Code of
Conduct to let you know what kinds of activities are acceptable
and which are objectionable.
Because this is a private site, your use of this Site constitutes
your agreement with the Terms,
including this Code of Conduct. This means that if you do
not follow the terms and conditions included, we reserve the
right to restrict your usage of the service and we can remove
your content from our site.
Here are some guidelines we have put together. If you act
according to these simple rules, everyone will enjoy the services
of the Logitech Mobile Video site more.

Treat Others With Respect and Courtesy |

or abusive;

c. post any content that is obscene, invasive of another's
privacy, contains adult or sexually explicit material, or
child pornography;
d. make any expressions of bigotry, or that may be denigrating
to persons of identified racial, ethnic, age, gender, religious,
national origin or sexual orientation; or
e. promote physical harm or injury against a group or individual,
or promote any act of cruelty to animals.

| We also ask that you act within the law in
all your activities on the Logitech Mobile Video site. Specifically,
please do NOT:
a. post any content that infringes any patent, trademark,
trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights or rights
of publicity or privacy ("Rights") of any third
party;
b. impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise
misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
c. post any content that you do not have a right to transmit
under any law or contract (such as insider information, proprietary
and confidential information learned or disclosed as part
of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
d. reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for
any commercial purpose, content obtained from this site without
obtaining the express, prior written consent of Logitech or
the owner of such content. This restriction includes any attempt
to incorporate any information from Logitech into any other
directory, product, or service;
e. violate any applicable local, state, national or international
law, such as regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other
securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New
York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ,
and any regulations having the force of law;
f. promote or provide information about illegal activities,
for example, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs,
grenades and other weapons; or
g. publish, post, distribute or otherwise transmit any material
knowing, or that you reasonably should know, can not be legally
distributed via Logitech. |

| Use Technology Appropriately |

The world of the Internet has enabled all of
us to use technology in ways we didn't think possible even
a short time ago. We ask that you use the technology appropriately.
In particular, do NOT:
a. "spam" anyone, or post any unsolicited or unauthorized
advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, etc.;
b. post any material that contains software viruses, Trojan
horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming
routines that are designed to damage, detrimentally interfere
with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system,
data or personal information;
c. disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in
a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage
in real time exchanges;
d. damage, interfere with or disrupt the services provided
by Logitech or servers or networks connected to the service,
or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations
of networks connected to the service;
e. falsify the origin or source, delete any author attributions,
legal notices or other proprietary designations or labels
in any content;
f. collect or store personal data about other users; or
g. engage in commercial activities without enrolling in a
Logitech authorized program. This includes, but is not limited
to, the following:
o Soliciting for advertisers or sponsors;
o Conducting raffles or contests that require any kind of
entry fee;
o Displaying a sponsorship banner of any kind, including those
that are generated by banner or link exchange services, but
excluding any Logitech authorized advertisements;
o Displaying banners for services that provide cash or cash-equivalent
prizes to users in exchange for hyperlinks to the web sites;
or
o Creating mini-portals and charging Logitech users within
the site in any manner other than as explicitly allowed.
